Overview and Vision

Founded in 2008, Xsights™ brings the Web's interactive Multimedia experience to any static object, transforming it to dynamic, multi-dimensional and interactive media via a mobile phone.

Xsights™ propriety technology paves the way for any static object to be transformed into an interactive multimedia experience. Any object captured through the user’s mobile camera, such as a word within a paragraph, printed item, street sign, billboard, or a landmark can be transformed instantly into an interactive multimedia experience. Our propriety technology is not limited to images or words and enables any static object to be transformed into an interactive multimedia experience via the mobile device.

Our vision is to take any physical object and bring it to life via the mobile. See it. Capture it. Bring it to life.

Think of Xsights™ as transforming the user’s mobile phone into a mouse that can be used to navigate the world. Just like we use interactive hyperlinks to navigate the web, on which we click to get more information, for Xsights the whole world is one big interactive link. Just shoot to navigate and connect to an interactive world.

For every landmark, street sign, ad or printed article, users can get additional layers of information. By taking a quick photo on the users’ phones, they can get useful information such as directions, prices, video clips, audio files, purchasing opportunities and more - all just a single click away. This rich information is available with most standard cell phones today using both WiFi and mobile data connections and do not require you to own an expensive Smartphone or lug around your heavy laptop.
